1. Accordingly, the Protector General of Emigrants and all Protector of Emigrants offices are under the administrative control of the Ministry as on date.

तद्नुसार, आज की तारीख में उत्प्रवासी महासंरक्षक तथा उत्प्रवासी संरक्षक के सभी कार्यालय इस मंत्रालय के प्रशासनिक नियंत्रण में हैं।

2. These grievances are settled by respective jurisdictional Protectors of Emigrants (PoEs) as per laid down procedures.

निर्धारित कार्य प्रक्रिया के अनुसार उत्प्रवासी संरक्षक (पीओई) द्वारा अपने क्षेत्राधिकार में आने वाली इन शिकायतों का निपटान किया जाता है।

3. (d) if so, whether any inquiry has been conducted by the Protector of Emigrants in this regard; and

(घ) यदि हां, तो क्या प्रोटेक्टर ऑफ एमीग्रेंट्स द्वारा इस संबंध में कोई जांच की गई है; (ड.)

बहुत लंबे समय तक, मानवाधिकार परिषद मानवाधिकारों के दुरुपयोगकर्ताओं और राजनीतिक पूर्वाग्रहों की एक संरक्षक बनी रही है।

6. Certification will be issued by concerned Protector of Emigrants (PoE), if the accidental death or permanent disability happens in India.

यदि भारत में दुर्घटना में मृत्युय या स्थाायी विकलांगता होती है उस स्थिदति में यह प्रमाण पत्र उत्प्र्वासन महासंरक्षक द्वारा जारी किया जाएगा।

7. Action against the RA is abated only after consultation with the Indian Mission/the Protector of Emigrants, or the complainant, confirming that the grievances have been satisfactorily resolved.

भर्ती एजेंट के विरूद्ध कार्रवाई तभी समाप्त की जाती है, जब भारतीय मिशन/उत्प्रवासी संरक्षक से परामर्श कर लिया जाता है अथवा शिकायतकर्ता यह सुनिश्चित कर देता है कि उसकी शिकायतों का समाधान कर दिया गया है।

8. This system will link all the given stakeholders on a common platform which will be used by the workers, offices of Protector of Emigrants, recruitment agencies, immigration officials, employers and Indian Missions abroad.

यह प्रणाली एक साझे मंच पर सभी हितधारकों को जोड़ेगी जिसका प्रयोग कामगारों, प्रवासी प्रॉक्टर कार्यालयों, भर्ती करने वाली एजेंसियों, प्रवासन अधिकारियों, कर्मचारियों एवं विदेश स्थित भारतीय मिशनों द्वारा किया जाएगा।

9. The system will link all key stakeholders on a common platform which will be used by workers, offices of the protector of emigrants, recruitment agencies, immigration officials, employers and the Indian missions abroad.

इस प्रणाली से सभी भागीदारों को एक साझे मंच पर लिंक किया जाएगा, जिसका उपयोग कामगारों, उत्प्रवासन संरक्षक कार्यालय, भर्ती एजेंसियों, उत्प्रवासन अधिकारियों, नियोक्ताओं तथा विदेश स्थित भारतीय मिशनों द्वारा किया जा सकेगा।

10. It is a comprehensive system covering entire spectrum of emigration including foreign employers, Indian Missions and Posts abroad, Protector of Emigrants Offices, MOIA, Recruiting Agents, Emigrants, Insurance Agencies, Ministry of External Affairs and Bureau of Immigration.

यह एक व्यापक प्रणाली है जिसमें संपूर्ण उत्प्रवासन प्रणाली शामिल है जिसमें विदेशी नियोक्ता, विदेश स्थित भारतीय मिशन तथा केन्द्र इमिग्रेंट कार्यालय संरक्षक, प्रवासी भारतीय कार्य मंत्रालय, भर्ती करने वाले एजेंट, इमिग्रेंट्स, बीमा एजेंसिया, विदेश मंत्रालय तथा इमिग्रेशन ब्यूरो शामिल हैं।
